Starting a career in real estate at a young age has been a fulfilling journey for Tracey. With two wonderful children and eight beautiful grandchildren, family is a top priority in her life. She is fortunate to be married to her best friend who also happens to be a licensed contractor, making them a dynamic team in the industry. They share a passion for flipping houses and creating beautiful homes for others to enjoy.

Aside from her real estate ventures, Tracey and her husband find solace in spending quality time with their loved ones at their house on Lake Greenwood. It's a place where they can relax, bond, and create lasting memories. They also have a farm in Simpsonville, SC where they experience the joys of farm life, adding another layer of fulfillment to their lives.

Providing a specialty in investment properties (particularly large acreage,) upscale homes and lake front properties has allowed Tracey to excel in her field. She takes pride in finding properties that offer great potential and value for her clients; seeing the satisfaction it brings to her clients is truly the greatest reward!

As a lifetime resident of Upstate South Carolina and a Kindergarten school teacher, Morgan is deeply rooted within her community and thoroughly enjoys helping families find their dream home!

Morgan and her family currently reside in Ware Shoals, SC where she and her husband have been blessed with three precious children. Together they enjoy attending church events, working on their family farm, hunting, fishing, and traveling.
